Terms of Service

The service
Taylo lets you upload a base resume and generate tailored versions of it against job descriptions you provide. Your first tailored resume is free. After that, access requires an active $19/mo subscription.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the resume content you upload and generate. Taylo rewrites and reformats what you give it, but you're responsible for reviewing and submitting only truthful information to employers.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period, except as covered by the guarantee below.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email info@taylo.cc within 7 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first paid charge only.
Acceptable use
Don't use Taylo to generate false credentials, impersonate someone else, or submit content that misrepresents your qualifications. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and note the new effective date below.
